Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, refund, and no-show policies are provided in the written agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation for each engagement.

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. An engagement is confirmed once availability, scope, pricing, and booking requirements have been agreed upon.

Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, audio, guided practices, photographs, videos, music, course materials, and other original Alkhemiyah content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Alkhemiyah SMS Communications
Users who opt in may receive recurring text messages from Alkhemiyah based on the consent category they select. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, customer-service communications, requested updates, event information, service updates, and promotional messages where marketing consent has been separately provided.
Message frequency may vary depending on bookings, inquiries, events, and the communication preferences selected by the user.
Message and data rates may apply.
Users may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After STOP is received, Alkhemiyah may send one confirmation message confirming the opt-out. No additional messages will be sent for that program unless the user later provides new consent.
Users who previously opted out may rejoin by completing a new opt-in form or otherwise providing valid consent again.
