Where this lands in a program
Opening activation — 20 to 30 minutes
Rhythm and voice to bring a scattered arrival crowd into one room before the first keynote. Works from a main stage with standard AV.
Morning grounding — 30 to 45 minutes
Counted breath and short sound before programming begins. Held in a breakout room; typically draws 20 to 60 early attendees.
Between-session reset — 20 minutes
A short seated session slotted into a break. Attendees stay in their chairs; no setup change required on their part.
Keynote-length session — 45 to 60 minutes
A full arc on the main stage or in a large breakout, with orientation, breath, live sound, and silence. Requires amplification and lighting control.
Wellness room programming
A staffed quiet room running rotating short sessions across the day, often sponsor-supported. Capacity and timing agreed with your floor plan.
Speaker and VIP sessions
Private green-room sessions for speakers before they go on, and small restorative sessions for VIP and board attendees.
Evening close
A quiet counterweight to the reception, for attendees who want to end the day somewhere other than a bar.
How Alkhemiyah works with your team.
Shaman Yawna Shakti needs a technical conversation two to three weeks out: room dimensions and finishes, expected headcount, seating plan, microphone and monitor availability, lighting control, load-in window, and adjacent-room noise. In most rooms over sixty people, instruments require light amplification handled by your AV vendor.
She arrives 90 minutes before her slot, runs a sound check, hits her start and end times, and clears the stage or room on schedule. Certificates of insurance and W-9 documentation are provided in advance.
